Dear Parents,
I am contacting you on behalf of Starburst a local group who raise money for children in the Hampshire/Surrey/Berkshire borders with special needs.
On Sunday 2nd February they will be running auditions for our forthcoming summer musical “Back to the 80’s”. It will take place between 3rd and 6th July. They will be rehearsing every Sunday from 2pm until 6pm in Farnborough.
They will also be running rehearsals for some cast (dependent on if you have a main role) on Thursday’s 8pm to 10pm. Please check their website for more information at www.starburst-foundation.

I have also been been approached by Sports Relief who wish to audition 16yrs -60yrs for dancing with Little Mix pop group on Thursday 30th January.
The Fulwell 73 Productions are filming in the Farnham area especially for the Sport Relief music video with Little Mix. They are looking for a host of faces to be involved in the dance element of the video and wanted lots of students and adults to be be involved.
The time will be approx. 1400-1700. Again please look at the flyer below and let me know if you may like to be involved. Participants will be asked to be involved in back ground filming during a “dance off”. They will need to re-act to breakdance moves the Little Mix girls will be doing and move to the track (Word Up). Sounds like fun !!!!
I do hope all the students came home with our annual Choreography Letter. If not please see the letter attached. I hope this will be a great event for all the children to use their imagination and choreography skills making up dances. Please remember they can dance solos, duets, or group dances but the due date for returning the slips is Friday 7th February.

Don’t forget our Easter Dance Workshop is also on Monday 14th Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th April 8.45am -12.30pm, workshop forms will be out shortly.
And finally… last Christmas we booked to see “The Nutcracker” at G Live, it was a great success so I was hoping we could have a group booking to see “Cats” the Musical at the Victoria Theatre on Saturday 17th May at 7.30pm.
There will shortly be sign up sheets in all the changing rooms so please book as soon as possible. I hope to book the tickets in the next few weeks.
