Acro is a style of dance with acrobatic and gymnastic tricks involved within the dance. The classes work towards fun Acro/Dance routines involving tumbling tricks, balances and flexibility. Partner and team work also improve strength and agility, challenging the students with lots of other dynamic tricks; learning to trust and have confidence in each other.
We also offer Acro in our Dance Workshops throughout the year.
